We shall see how well they implement. One things for certain. The packaged based market for integrated passives has stalled. They have lost forward design penetration at several large historical accounts They need for this Flip Chip stuff to work. Of course, if it does, the market is about 50X bigger .. but that'll take a few years. It's a good story in the meantime.. since they were first in this business and have many advantages over potential competitors.
