Jeffry, that's fine if you don't like Actrade and don't have any investment long or short the stock. But many of the things you write about Actrade really say nothing of substance that I can see. For example, some of what you said:

Whole thing has an odor...what does that mean, pretty generalized.

Acts like a penny stock...also means nothing, it's a stock that moves around like all small cap stocks with a high betas. In fact it has consistently beat earnings estimates and has outperformed the market over the years.

CEO willing to include himself in the dole...What CEO doesn't have that motivation. Why not pay him off to be successful. If the stock doesn't perform he makes nothing.

Why should I talk with the company...Well anyone who understands a company has talked to management. It doesn't mean you have to believe everything they tell you. Most people who really want to understand a company should have questions and would call management. Talk to Peter Lynch if you have any questions.
