Hi Martin. You are absolutely correct. Frank Peters, as he announced last March, registers a block of shares each quarter that are available to sell. The number of shares which are registered is based on an SEC formula and the registration is implemented without Frank's direct involvement. It does not mean that the shares will be sold; indeed, if you look at the past quarters, some shares were sold in a blind patterned sell on Frank's behalf -- BUT THE SHARES WHICH WERE SOLD WERE NOWHERE NEAR THE NUMBER WHICH WERE REGISTERED. As someone who works with Frank, my guess is that he'll probably sell some more--when it gets to $20. VBG.

BTW, today at 6:00 p.m. is the cut-off for getting the preferred rate at the Hyatt for the Shareholder's Meeting on the 27th. After today, the rate goes from $107 to $165 per night. If you think you MIGHT be coming, you might want to make some reservations right away. Check with the reservations clerk, but I think they allow cancellations up to 24 hours before without penalty. The number is (805) 497-9991.

Best regards,
Helen West
