some more info on baat. 1 joe indicates positive earnings out in about 3 wks.no insight into amount.2 co did not meet the net worth requirement on mon.morning to be listed. i do not know if company stock applies to this requirement;can someone enlighten me/us on this issue? if co held stock applies then this requirement could be now satisified as price goes up? 3 barbados order for 55 cars on hold owing to a import duty problem. 4 i did not ask re bike order, sorry! 5 they expect an announcement out of e europe in the near future-nothing more specific. 6 reverse split unlikely if the stock responds to the feb 10 test.7 baat not concerned re toyota elec becouse they think they have a much better battery technology for elec alone and if you combine the high mpg diesel ( powering a generator) w / their superior battery you've got an outstanding combo. 8 they do not have much re pollution currently but this will be certified as they have time following the test next wk.the technology however would imply very low pollution in total and very low NOx becouse the engine burn is considered a "rich" burn which typically produces lowest NOx levels.testing of the exhaust will be one of the next priorities. 9 the current pulse-charge demonstration does utilize direct injection of diesel.throttle body injection and traditional carb tech have been designed and are currently being worked on. 10 most of the P R is being done inside. 11 baat has an exclusive license for the pulse-charge engine extended by several engineers at least one of whom is a consultant to baat on many issues.imho the engineer is quite experienced in patent issues and has documented the work very well and is utilizing a san francisco patent attorney.joe has indicated during chats that they were waiting for someone with deep pockets before they filed for patent(s). 12 baat did not require onlookers to identify themselves at the first run.they indicated 30 to 40 people were there off and on during the day.their intent is to make pos id for all this run. 13 no info avail re exhaust temps.if they have them there not sharing. 14 baat has about 25 people. 15 why yanmar? this is a small industrial type diesel which is already efficient and they thought anyone could improve a typical diesel so lets start with something basically good and substantially improve on it rather than take somethine poor and improve it.16 i think joe indicated in one chat that audited nos would be no problem in the next several mos? 17 they expect to be mfging new battery tech in mass sometime next year out of india. this is a summary as i can best remember it - hope this helps some, dennis ps-i became a substantial stockholder about a month ago and i intend to be around long term.with the volutilty today i may try to trade some of the movements.just wanted you to know where i'm coming from( i can still hear my high school english teacher of 40 yrs past saying"never end a sentence with a prep" )
