Riechers, I think the stock is declared worthless on the date that the court closes the case. I am not a tax accountant, and am only offering my opinion. You might call the company (Hammer) and see if they will give you their opinion. (I know this sounds like a stupid idea.) Of course, your best bet is to consult with a CPA. Stock Bull
