saw a French chef cook a 5-egg, some cream, sauteed greens, parmesan cheese dish on the stove top for 1-min and then 1-min under the oven's broiler ... plated it over a finished homemade blender recipe for tomato gazpacho ... will post the recipe when time permits later in November Jacques Pépin born December 18, 1935 is a French-born American chef, author, culinary educator,television personality, and artist.
