T.R.-- let me compliment you on a wonderful relqtionship with DELL. She really puts out (goes up a lot). All good things come to an end, but I doubt that Ms. Dell is there yet. Probably a good run right up through earnings announcement into the spring. But then, I don't know.

Mr. Dell handles things so well, I am sure that your relationship could continue happily on for quite a while.

I have been with Compaq for about 6 months now. I have watched Dell from afar, jealous of her moves.

Compaq has is more of the slow and steady type, and for the last few months has been a bit depressed. She has been getting ready to grow and gathers her allies. She shows signs of a great renewal and continued growth through the summer and for years beyond, but I doubt she's yet developed Dell's fast moves.

In short, if you decide to ditch Ms. Dell and rollover to Ms. Compaq (who seems quite undervalued), I can assure you will have a long, productive, but perhaps less exciting relationship. No quickie, this one.
