I don't know of all the exact details but I know there is a large amount that CA has to pay if the deal doesn't go through . It wasn't mentioned on the newswire that I use ... feel free to enlighten me anyone so for myself as far as what do I think .....I went out and bought some new funiture . The deal is supposed to be finished in about 2 months with CA tendering the remaining shares . Sounds good to me . richard
