The way things are going (insanely...considering everything), since the Russell can't stay in this year-long trading range forever (I think), A move up and out of the range may follow a break back over 2291 at this juncture. However, I suspect the market will fall into a black hole soon after the Russell does that.... This is the most solid build yet up to this level.
