Poor Montreal is adding light rail... underground, elevated and ground level which will about double its Metro system.. already far superior to Toronto's Subway

if only they could resolve the language BS... myself.. do not care I am pretty fluent French... but they are not gonna attract world class... with those constraints.. and will remain a a nice satellite city to live in... instead of the economic/biz centre they were pre 76
