The millionaire dollar question that everyone is grappling with in the housing market is whether this is mid-cycle or late cycle ( peak earnings). I am in the mid-cycle camp. If so, home building stocks have a lot more room to run since they are being priced for late cycle.

What took place this quarter was fear of the Delta variant. I expect GDP to surge next year.

ADES is a $13 stock or double from current levels. It usually moves around quite a bit in a very large range intraday.
