Ron, Don't call me "baby". We don't know each other well enough, yet. However, I believe in this state, and some others, capital punishment also applies to someone who "kills a cop in the commission of a crime". I think about the confused, screwed-up 16 year old who, in the "moment of truth", doesn't have the brainpower to do the right thing. Do we include this person or do we indict society? Regards, AD
