off-topic question for Bob:

you have made it well known you currently own portions of GM dealerships,
which is why I address this vehicle question to you and because
you currently drive a Yukon Denali

our 2016 4WD Cadillac Escalade Premium with approx. 27,500 miles has a NADA "clean retail"
value that has increased during 2021 by 11,000 to 59,000 as of October 31

Bob, what is causing the value to increase during 2021?

this is not taking place for the other low-miles GM luxury vehicles we own, or for our GM pickups

I realize the MSRP for the current model year Cadillac Escalade Premium
has increased about 5 to 8% since the prior model year, and the dealers are inventory short

thank you for your time, Bob

this is the NADA website I am using for used car values -

nadaguides.com

for my zip code and as-equipped -
56,100 is the NADA Clean Trade-in
59,000 is the NADA Clean Retail
* this includes an NADA add of 8,350 for the low miles & 400 for optional equipment
