A Study in Microsoftology

<<<<<It sure is an exciting company to be invested in.

another wise post mr. gintel!!

i think that a lot of the weak hands get frightened every time bill gates sneezes. well, ckfr growing this fast is, in my humble opinion, better than a lemon marengue pie in the face. the big bully is getting his pei-in-the-face in the e-commerce world by ckfr and their excellent managers. where would AOL, YHOO, etc. be if they got scared of that nearsighted bully?

the moral of the story is that every time bill tries to scare the markets, it is a buying opportunity. i was happy that i bought in at 17, added in the low 20's and am still holding.

my only question is this: i have been told that to reduce risk in my portfolio, no stock should be more than 10% of holdings. that makes me want to sell a bit at the peak once it runs up to protect myself. does this make sense to you?

my intuition says to let this baby grow but the book says to sell down to 10%--what do you think wise man?
