Rick, FAMH has already started an IT program (even perhaps happening faster as a result of your visit with them). I asked the NY office about it just after you originally talked to them. They said they were hiring someone to handle the IT sales.

When I called the Phoenix office last Monday, Fred Capalby (Manager) told me they had a new IT sales person that had just started that day.

My take on the FAMH concern about IT sales was that IT sales are extremely important to them.

Maybe John Fairbanks can check with the Houston office about the IT program. Perhaps you could call the NY office and ask them about it.

But I have the impression that the IT program is getting a lot of attention at the moment.

I also agree completely with your figures about its profitability. It is HUGE!! I don't see how today's announcement would adversely affect IT sales.
