I don't appreciate it, but I have the gumption to understand that it does occur and there nothing to be done about it. Just standing up and shouting, "Don't do that anymore, bad boy," serves no purpose.

Foreign countries have their own interests and there is simply no way to prevent them from representing those interests in our elections. I'm not sure what you think can be done about it.
