PSI is Merrill? What is their connection? This comes right out of the SC 13G/A that was filed: ITEM 7 Identification and Classification of the Subsidiary Which Acquired the Security Being Reported on by the Parent Holding Company. PSI is a corporate managing general partner of Merrill Lynch Asset Management, L.P. and Fund Asset Management, L.P., each of which is a registered investment adviser under Section 203 of the Advisers ect.
