Kyle was violating curfew and weapons laws in a state and city he didn't even live in. He went to Kenosha to hunt humans for fun. He has a friendly judge but he faces enough charges he'll do prison time nonetheless. Unless he can get some jailhouse nazis to protect him, his time may not be pleasant.
