...call veeeery bullish...el salv financing almost complete ( 4-8 wks)..job starts soon after..germany work starts by mid yr, accretive in 2nd half 98...georgia a work in progress, but it is huge...traders will play with this one, but the real instit $$ will enter at $10+....a big discount right here...now you just have to cut thru all the hype, disappointment, and crap...you will be wealthier for it...
