Welcome aboard Ccube. Read the message board Introduction Header (recently revised and updated substantially) for a comprehensive overview of NVIDIA’s AI and Robotics initiatives. You can skim over the lengthy historical summary of NVIDIA’s graphics chips and focus on the discussion of AI & Robotics capabilities. There is also a set of three videos which present an overview of machine learning (deep neural networks) and training AI models by fitting them to the data and optimizing the model parameters using Gradient Descent (second year calculus). Also Stochastic Gradient Descent is explained, for when the data set is too huge or the AI model has too many parameters for normal gradient descent to be used. This is the “bus and bolts” of AI.
