It will be a freezing day in July in Miami Beach before the govt. will let msft rule the internet. Netscape is a bargain for any well heeled company. How about an Oracle and Sun patnership...... The Govt. would be very favorable to that combination to equal out MSFT. The internet is very, very important to the future commerce of the world. The internet will also become one of the most viable methods of transporting news and theories to the public. I doubt very much if Washington would permit Bill Gates to carry that torch alone.
