It is looking as if the real estate market will continue its upward trajectory at least until the stock market reverses. When will that happen?

Probably not for some time yet. I think there is a chance for that happening before the mid-term election in a year,, I think it far more likely after that, however, but earlier than the presidential election in three years.

As a reminder, we are living through the longest period of a rising stock market ever without having had a serious correction. That in itself is concerning. Now add to that the fact that this has also been the steepest market climb in history.

It is all fueled by central banks who are hysterically printing fiat money as fast as they can during a time when interest rates have never been so low. It is nonsensical and it will end badly.
