The forecasts I've seen from ASML are for 60% DUV in '98, Nikon is forecasting 50% DUV tools, SVGL shipped half of their mix laser-based in the past quarter, and I have not seen any info on Canon in this area.

VSLI research is forecasting a 50% DUV mix for '98 and Dataquest forecasts are for about 460 DUV of 1000 tools shipping.

If you send me a reminder over the weekend, I can compile a list of references for you, but I'm too tuckered out to do it now.
