After looking at the net asset valuation calculation on the softbank web-site i am confused. It does look to me that there is plenty of debt at the holding company's level. frankly it looks like he is trying to say that somehow dependence on chinese investments is lessened because he has borrowed against those shares? that does not make a lot of sense to me if that is in fact true. I really wonder how arm i being operated in the absence of the merger approval. I wish that better questions had been asked at the conference call
