let me see if i have this straight...
fntn ipo a while back at around 5 dollars...went up to 7 and has been in a freefall till a few months ago...
from what i understand the fall was due to the original investors bailing on the stock and driving the price down...also the company has been late to implement sales so that further drove the price down..
have lots of new shares been made also to fund further progress? which could also account for decrease in share price.
but now the company seems to have the same original vision of around 2.5mil net income for first year...which when ipo at 5 was a fair price for stock...but now at around .40 it seems like an incredible deal with eps estimate of around .20 so pe of around 2
sounds like at least a five bagger to me...but i'll be happy with just doubling my money...hehehe...but i got a feeling i'll make much more than that with the management and consultant fntn has on board.
anything i missed as to why the price fell so much?
