The "wall" was a campaign slogan he forgot about for two years in which he had both houses of Congress and could have gotten whatever he wanted passed.

Just as well as we didn't need a wall.

It is not reasonable to call that a "Trump failure". That is Democrat sabotage that was carried out specifically to block it.
Essentially every substantive failure was a result of partisan lying, blocking, collusion, hatred -- falsely predicated and without justification -- and without concern for the consequences for the country.


If Trump had been an effective leader / executive, he'd have realized opposition comes with the territory.. But he wasn't so he acted like a baby every time he encountered opposition.
