Go figure. MIDD reported and missed both EPS and Sales by a very nice margin. I thought I was in for a bloodbath. The company blamed the misses on supply chain bottlenecks and inflation. HA HA. What else is new? Stock opened down 4 % and quickly turned around. Now up 2%. MiDD did say demand was strong and there is a backlog of orders. Seems like the market cut MIDD some slack. Interesting.
