Pete, sorry I took so long to respond. Insights ? That's very generous. Nice to see the thread has become respectable again. Was reviewing old archives the other day (remember the old P/Fleming days ?). Collecting some old interesting notes I want to run by you some time. 1.) Unocal...yeah, that was wishful thinking but seems to make sense when both have logistics in the area. But there are others like Mobil Makassar etc as well. Unocal is doing some very innovative stuff like their Saturation-Exploration (S-X) program. Neat company. 2.) Agree 2-D is a lot cheaper. They have already run several surveys in the north right ? 3.) "herd of water buffalo"... wild animals and NT oil reserves, great analogy. I know you are + on Viggers but I'm feeling less enthusiastic. I thought he would have used his influence or contacts by now to at least snag one* property. Anything result from his trip ? Things are ultra quiet as usual. Dave.
