(POC-TSE) $11.55 ($8.13 - $13.75) and they have increased their position holdings. The Calgary based oil and gas producer has made an offer to acquire Gardiner Oil & Gas Ltd. for $225 mil. Russel Robertson (VP) said there is ongoing consolidation in the oilpatch, with co.'s adding to assets in their core areas. He further said the market considers Poco is paying handsomely for Gardiner, but it is a good fit and Poco is a good, solid company
