Larry you must be in northern california.I heard they were upgrading the system and ran into huge problems but it will get better.We have been on the system for almost 3 years and love it.I pray that in the next 6 months they will have alot more of the bugs worked out.The one thing did you try your sms when the radio and cell phone were down.It was frustrating to me when my secretary told me the system was down for 2 days and they couldn't reach him.I said send him sms message and she gave me dirty look 5 minutes later he responded said what do you want. I said just proving point to my secretary.The next step would of been left a voicemail hoping my employee would of noticed that he hasn't got a message and maybe got concerned when his radio stop working checking messages from land line.Next I would of called 619-520-page and paged him.Boy did my secretary think I was jerk but I responded you didn't try hard enough look at all these options you had.You just made a phone call and didn't connect with the voicemail.If your wondering how do you get into someone voicemail since when you called the ptn and couldn't connect.You call 619-520-6245 then ptn your PTN you looking for SOON I am hoping customer care could give this same info instead the whole area is having problems.
