RIG: $3.7 failed, so it is headed to $3.1. When capex increases, it will probably go to the investments with the quickest return: fracking. Deepwater is riskier, and requires a much longer time frame. Therefore, I am guessing RIG will continue to do worse than SLB. schrts.co
