My portfolio was down 0.85% today, with nearly 3/4 bleeding red. My only consolation is that Nasdaq and R2k where most of my stocks are from are each down 1.6%. But it would not have been down at all if I had listened to myself. At the very least I should have used the spare cash to load up on SQQQ.

I should reread Jesse's book...every so often I need a refresher - in this case how I am my worst enemy.
