Well, there's NFT's, futures on crypto, etc. if you want something even weirder.
There's always derivatives... ;-) And derivatives on derivatives... (Synthetic CDO's/CDO's squared – still don't get the difference between those – being the freakiest ones I know of, but I'm sure there's way crazier stuff than even that.)

NFT's; Oh yeah, forgot about those. There really is a lot of craziness going on. Can't keep track of it all, really; isn't enough time in the day. I try to just disregard it these days. Unnecessary distractions. Saw a tweet the other day:

There are a lot of similarities w GFC (and pretty much any other credit fueled speculative mania in histoire) when it comes to commodity-type competition for lower rates, &/ predatory practices.

In a way, BTC speculation is possibly (the most extreme form of) what Graham called 'intelligent speculation'.
Whereas fx trading is Taleb type trading (betting on every red and black pocket, going all in every time – or actually more than that; Lehman leveraged or more, i.e. > 30x – eventually going bust when the ball lands on green (also known as Martingale)), BTC is the opposite (leverage isn't really needed, it's almost too volatile as it is.)
