Another question to the experts regarding the article you posted:

How do aspheric optics fit into this picture? Or do they?(I've read about their importance in EUV, but am clueless about these esoteric matters.) Here's a very cool tutorial on aspheres, but I know nothing about optics. (Hit the Next button at the bottom)
