TJ I do understand your distasted view of "Cato the Elder" but supposedly "CATO" the younger was a person which I wish today leaders should be like him. Still there is no proof to the connection between the two and based on what reason the CATO Institute was named as such I do not know.. Then there are those 2 UK persons in the middle. My personal suspicion for your very strong dislike of CATO Institute is rooted in something else. As to Hitler, I do not see big difference between him and Stalin and his bunch of murderers or Mao Tze Ttung or who ever "de facto" run Japan before or during WWII. Hitler obsessions' with the Arian race and his deep hatred of the Jews was not something unheard of during the ages. Suffice to thoroughly read any annals of the antiquity or religious/historic writings and you will find similar themes as those propagated by Hitler, at least I know from the Holy Quran or the Hebrew Bible and the variants of Christianity or similar Japanese or Chinese old scriptures. Hitler lost the war so he cannot remind the world that millions of German prisoner of war died of famine or disease as prisoners of war, on orders of the US, UK and Russia or 4 million Ukrainians died of hunger at the order of Stalin or around 1 to 2 million East Europeans and Ukrainians were delivered to the Stalinist regime by the Western Power only to be send into gulags in Siberia as slave workers and shot when unable to work. I have no intention to continue to remind you and other readers that what we call "human" poses groups of individuals that are worse than any creature on earth, which creature if he kills a living creature he kills for food and not for more "bananas" and/or personal prestige or ideology to demonstrate who the leader is like Xi of the CCP for example
