This is a market capitalist country. Market capitalism is the US ideology like Wahhabism is the Saudi ideology and Socialism was the soviet union's. You will never get a government (which includes the central bank) that does not cater to Wall Street. I don't understand why you are complaining about this without organizing a revolution. As for the private debt, (1) he didn't force anyone to take on more debt, and (2) would you like it better if he triggers a wave of bankruptcies by raising the real interest rates to the + side?
