John,
This last post of yours has NOTHING to do with the routine use of SYNVISC and I hope that readers to not take away a negative feeling about the product based on this use which is not FDA or company recommended!!!!!
TKR is short for Total Knee Replacement. This patient does not have a normal or even OA knee anymore he has a very poor outcome of total knee surgery and an artificial knee joint. This is NOT the kind of joint that SYNVISC is expected and shown in several studies now to significantly help.
