J.A. Henckels International 3-Piece Capri Granitium Nonstick Fry Pans

Costco has this set of 3 non-stick fry pans on a $20 discounted sale price which
started Saturday ... used 5 times since Saturday a.m., and these are effective
at low & medium low heat settings because of their good heat transfer & retention

we use existing stainless steel lids from other pans with this set, which comes with no lids

* for 1.5 years, we have used another brand of "stone" 12-inch non-stick fry pan purchased from
Amazon, and to date this has been the most durable of the non-stick finishes we have experienced

fyi - the weight of these pans is more substantial than most store-bought fry pans, and the angle & length
of the handles is thoughtful

** as a base for a stir fry, I placed 1/3 rd cup of water & a small amount of olive oil
in the 10-inch pan, added sliced yams & diced onions once the pan was hot,
& these ingredients were just right in the lidded pan in about 20 minutes
at the simmer level ... very good heat control with these pans & an even heat
