UWIN(2 7/16) target $5 30/60 days, $10 Year End.
Nevada Gold & Casino's was a recent guest (Jan. 19) on Alan Woinski's "Gambling on Wall Street" Weekly radio show. (Replays available dnaproductions He really likes the Company. Stated that he felt the current asset value alone, not counting future cash flow should justify a current stock price about $5.25 per share. Two weeks prior to the Company being his guest, a caller called in and asked him about the Company and what he thought of their $103 Million Isle of Capri Casino being built in Black Hawk Colorado. He said that he wouldn't be surprised to see the stock up to it's all time highs around $10 a share by the time the Casino opens in late Dec.
This stock is truly a "Gamblers Dream" The Company owns a full carried 40% interest in the Isle of Capri-Blackhawk (All funds to Complete are in the Bank). Anchor Gamings (SLOT) "Colorado Central Station" Casino, at less than half the size of the new Isle of Capri when fininshed, averaged Wins (net take) per slot (668) alone of about $270 per day in the last six months according to their latest financials. (The showed a 57% Gross Profit on these revenues). If the Isle which has a better location and 1,100 slots only averaged $200 wins per machine, that would be $220,000 per day in gross profit per day, UWIN's share would be $88,000 per day. I don't know of too many Micro-cap companies that have such a logical shot at generating a Penny a Day Per Share, gross profit.
Additionally, it totally owns the largest contiguous block of land (170 acres) adjoining the Black Hawk city limits, where it is about to start a major infrastucture Residential/Business development. Somthing that is desperatly needed as their is currently no housing, office or retail available for the 5,000 Casino employees in Black Hawk/Central City for over 30 miles.
Only 8.5 million shares out and virtually no debt. (Casino financing is non-recourse)

Re: NBET It probably is a good buy here, since so many people like me are gun shy of the concern of regulators over internet betting. I'm sure they are a good operation, but it is so easy for Rip Offs to get into that business, that the whole industry is being painted with a bad brush. |
