Wow, great minds.... <G> I made stir fry last night as well. We also use the stainless steel covers from other pots occasionally on our non-stick frying pans. Speaking of Costco, they have whole pork loin $8 off on Black Friday weekend. I think it may work out to about $1.79/lb. or less. The packages are about 12-lbs.
