The PGE property was certainly a timely acquisition - same vendor as their Separation Rapids property near Kenora, Ontario (named the 'BIG WHOPPER' by the Ontario Geological Survey, this one is a mine - minimum 7 million tonnes of lithium petalite/2.1 million tonnes of concentrate/at surface - open pit/600+ m x 30-70m x 250 m depth and open in all directions/Brenark Research and Research Capital have a buy recommendation with a min. $5 target/could generate $8.2 million per year in operating profits or $0.40 per share - petalite is rare metal and the preferred feedstock used in glass production by Corning and others + rubidium, tantalum and cesium/Phase II drilling for the feasibility study has started).

If you are interested in following it, go to Avalon on SI, read their last few press releases, then call IR (facts, no hype).
