Chris, I have to take issue with some of your response. MCOs or insurance companies care a lot about "non essential" medical treatments. Try getting in vitro fertilization, facelifts, reverse vasectomies paid for by the MCO---not. Many ins co will not cover psychogenic impotence requiring a dx of "organic impotence". Minor cos like medicare. Just because some companies give out free lunches doesn't mean your group of Docs have ever heard of MUSE. Lots of them haven't. Ed
