Cute! All these apps you're suggesting require a fair amount of customization in terms of equipment form factor and even maybe service coverage. Now, if you were to deal with an agency which has a monopoly in terms of distribution or implementation, then one could make a case for such specialized development. However, at this stage of the industry's life, there's plenty of low hanging fruit. MCOM is going after the obvious one - laptops - for email and internet access.
