Scott; Reads like standard fair to me. I have read many many 10Ks, 10Q, etc. from small to large (wealthy) corporations and they all cover any and all basis because of potential law suits. It is up to the individual investor to examine the numbers provided and direction management is planning to take the company. To pick and choose statements from the 10QSB is not appropriate and can often be put in to whatever context that suits the quoters' purpose. Experience investors can spot this a miles away. If Mr. Pink was smart he should add this statement after his name to protect himself from people who hang on his coattails.
