each dip to the 15-min UBB has been a buying oppt'y, so far

M vs. XLY relative performance on the 15-minute looks impressive in holding the relative strength,
though this is chart trivia ... ratio value on the 15-min of 0.1670 is the level where danger may be present to M bulls
