I've been using this site along with its real-time and market depth services and I've found them invaluable. For the $100 or so a month, you always have minute to minute information. And if you are actively trading, you need to know what everyone is doing.

It's good only if you trade day to day or week to week. If you are a position player--that is, you hold your stocks for longer than two weeks--then you may not need real time and market depth service.
