I love the guys at Ninja and their software is fast. But their UI has terrible defaults. It will take me days to set it up right. But I may not have a choice. IB's TWS is simply one of the worst designed software that I have seen. And it can't handle their own data feed. A very big chunk of my problems have to do with how their software deals with their data feed...aside from it crashing and the chart not updating properly :((
