I get a lot of offers to buy my out-of-state property. It is not listed anywhere with any agent, so I don't know how they've decided I'm a likely sucker - er seller. I also got a funny letter from Fisher Investments where they seemed to know more about me than they should, since I don't invest with them. Must be a lot of horse trading going on in the metaverse for personal data. I think, if we can't get rid of the go along to get along RINOs, there's going to be a currency crash - major inflation, done on purpose, and the winners will be those holding non-deteriorating assets and/or politically connected. Trouble is, with taxes, they can get you later on the real estate also. They even want a piece of your gold with the wealth tax. I can't see that happening though. They'd have too hard a time carving out loopholes for themselves. I'm glad my spam isn't as bad as you're getting. 20 a day is crazy.
