CBO releases report on Behemoth Bill:

It looks like it increases the deficit by around $160-Billion over 10-years. They may have to tweak things to get Manchin to agree to it, although there are not any signs that he would disagree.

The House was supposed to vote on this tonight, with the Senate voting on it after Thanksgiving break, and then it would go back to the house to vote on the changes the Senate makes.

After all of this comes the debt ceiling showdown, which expires on Dec. 9, if memory serves.

That may be sufficient to drop the markets for a week or more going into that deadline.
