I'm no expert, but I think your statement is false. Let's not jump to any conclusions until the ruling is final. I've been meaning to say this for quite some time now but somehow this Exall thread has turned into an Exall bashing thread by Glimmer investors who somehow invited themselves on here to promote Glimmer. Seems to me that this goes against the policy of what Silicon Investor has established. Take your Exall bashing to a "Glimmer" thread please. Chris
